Chris Retallick
Chris Retallick is a co-owner of Boxwood Coffee Roasters, an independently owned specialty coffee company based in New Jersey with cafés in Summit and Westfield and a roastery in Westfield. He oversees operations, wholesale development, finance, and the infrastructure that keeps Boxwood's three locations running consistently.
Chris brings a strategy and operations background — including his current work in that function at DoorDash — to building out Boxwood's wholesale program and day-to-day business systems. He speaks and writes on running a specialty coffee business, wholesale coffee partnerships, and the operational realities of scaling an independent hospitality brand.
