Our Boxwood Staples are the foundation. These are the coffees we pull on bar every day, developed to be consistent and versatile across every brew method. When you find one you love, it'll always be there.

The Seasonal Single Origins sit alongside them, rotating with the harvest calendar based on what's exceptional at a given time of year, reflecting a specific place, harvest, and process at their peak. They don't stick around forever, and that's the point.

Boxwood Coffee Labs is our space for coffees that don't fit a conventional category. Rare varietals, experimental fermentation, unconventional processing from producers doing things most of the industry hasn't caught up to yet. Small runs, released when something earns it.
