Booking and pricing
How do you price your packages?
We charge by the hour, and all of our packages are fully inclusive of the cost of our baristas, equipment, travel fees, and supplies, including coffee, cups and lids, regular and alternative milks (oat milk), and our housemade syrups.
How far in advance should I book?
For most events, 2 to 4 weeks advance notice is ideal. For larger conferences or events with custom branding, more lead time is helpful. We can often accommodate shorter timelines — reach out and we will let you know what is possible.
Do you carry insurance and can you provide a COI?
Yes. We carry commercial liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance for any venue that requires one. Share the venue's requirements when you reach out and we will have it ready well before your event.
The setup on the day
What do you need to set up?
All we need is level ground, a 5x5-foot area, a power outlet on a dedicated circuit, a space accessible by wheels so we can get our cart in place, and a day-of point of contact to show us where to set up.
Can you set up outside?
Absolutely. Depending on your event needs, we can even bring a generator so we can power the cart without an outlet.
Can you handle a large event without a line?
Yes. We run two fully built-out carts and a team used to high-volume service, so conferences, conventions and multi-day events get espresso, lattes and cold brew for hundreds of guests without sacrificing quality or speed.
Drinks and the menu
What drinks do you offer?
Our carts are coffee shops on wheels. We serve café classics like espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, drip coffee, loose leaf teas, and matcha, along with our house-made syrups (Lavender Vanilla, Caramel Cardamom, Mocha). We also offer our signature Honey Cinnamon Latte and can create a custom signature drink for your event. Cold brew and iced drinks are available as add-ons.
Can you create a custom drink menu for our event?
Absolutely. We have built full custom drink menus for corporate events, brand activations, and private parties — including branded drinks tied to a sponsor or product launch. Tell us what you are thinking and we will make it work.
Where we travel
What areas of New Jersey do you serve?
We serve all of New Jersey, with a home base in Summit and Westfield. We have done events throughout Morris County, Union County, Hudson County, Middlesex County, and beyond. If you are in NJ, we will be there.
Do you travel to New York City?
Yes. We regularly cater events in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the broader NYC metro area. NYC events may include a travel fee depending on location and event size — we will include this in your quote. Reach out and we will tell you exactly what to expect.
