Tea

We serve loose leaf tea in both of our cafés every day. We drink a lot of it. We've tasted a lot of it. We're particular about it and hold a high bar for what earns a spot on the menu and what doesn't.

Most tea collections are built around coverage — make sure every occasion is accounted for, every type of drinker has something to reach for. That's not how we did this. We started with quality and let the collection take shape around it. The result is nine teas that span herbals, blacks, greens, and matcha — not because we planned it that way, but because the best options we found happened to land there. Different origins, different traditions, different reasons to reach for them. This collection is a direct reflection of those decisions. Each tea was sourced with a clear sense of what a great version of that style should taste like, and chosen because it delivered. No category fillers, no packaging decisions masquerading as curation.
