
Scarlet Berry
Scarlet Berry is a natural-processed coffee from JUMARP, a cooperative of 189 farmers growing Bourbon and Caturra varietals at 1,600-1,800 meters in the Amazonian Andes of northern Peru. Natural processing brings the fruit forward, and the result is vivid and sweet: raspberry candy up front, softening into ripe apricot and white peach. The acidity is bright but balanced, carried by a full, syrupy body. Best as a pour over where the fruit can shine.
