Tempo is our in-house espresso blend, built to be the foundation of everything we do on bar. Deep and chocolate-driven with a blackberry sweetness that carries through the shot, it's remarkably balanced and forgiving, easy to dial in and consistent shot after shot. It stands on its own, composed and full, and holds up just as well in milk, where the chocolate notes deepen and the sweetness comes forward. Tempo is the rhythm of our cafés.
