We work directly with farmers and cooperatives around the world to source the finest beans.
Is your coffee Fair Trade or Organic Certified?
Many of our coffees carry Fair Trade and Organic certifications. Check each product page for details.
How long should I rest coffee for home brewing?
We recommend resting freshly roasted coffee for at least 7–14 days before brewing for best results.

Will I receive the same items in each order?
Your subscription can be configured as a fixed selection or a rotating curation — your choice.
How can I get free shipping?
All subscription orders qualify for free shipping automatically.

What do I do if my package arrived damaged or defective?
Please contact our support team within 7 days with a photo and your order number and we will make it right.
