Boxwood is an independently owned specialty coffee shop and roaster based in New Jersey. Since opening in Summit in 2014, the brand has grown into a local coffee company with cafés in Summit and Westfield, a Westfield roastery, online coffee and tea, subscriptions, catering, wholesale coffee, and educational journal content.

Erin Bellamy is a co-owner of Boxwood Coffee Roasters, where a background in corporate training and organizational psychology turned out to be the perfect foundation for building a coffee company worth caring about.
Chris Retallick
Chris Retallick is a co-owner of Boxwood Coffee Roasters, where a lifelong obsession with specialty coffee finally found its proper outlet. He oversees operations, wholesale development, finance, and the infrastructure that keeps three locations running at a standard he's proud of.
