Hill City is built from relationships we’ve developed over time with partners in Guatemala and Nicaragua. These coffees are selected for clarity and balance — expressive fruit, clean structure, and dependable sweetness.

Brewing Recommendations

Best enjoyed as a pour-over or batch brew at a 1:16 ratio. Water temperature: 200–205°F. Grind medium for clarity and balance.For espresso, aim for a 1:2 ratio over 26–30 seconds.

Roast & Shipping

We roast to order Monday through Thursday. Orders placed before 12pm ship the same day. Coffee rests 3–5 days before peak espresso extraction.

Storage Guidance

Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Keep sealed between uses. Best enjoyed within 4–6 weeks of roast date.
