Medium Roast

Medium roast coffee is the middle of the Boxwood range — far enough into the roast for sweetness and body to build, not so far that the origin disappears. Three coffees sit here, all blends: Hill City, the washed Nicaragua and Guatemala drip that tastes of pear, grapefruit zest and honey; Headshot, on pineapple, brown sugar and hazelnut; and Tempo Espresso, chocolate and blackberry with star anise, built for the machine. All three are roasted to order in Westfield, New Jersey, and ship in 12oz, 1kg and 5lb bags at any grind.
