Single Origin Coffee

Boxwood's single origin coffee comes from one farm, one lot and one harvest at a time — never blended, never repeated once the lot runs out. Right now that means Colombia, Peru, Rwanda and Ethiopia, each bought through importers who publish the producer's name and the cup score. Every lot is roasted light in Westfield, New Jersey, Monday through Thursday, to keep the acidity and the fruit the farm actually grew. Bags come in 12oz, 1kg and 5lb, ground for whole bean, drip, pourover, French press, espresso or cold brew.
