What's Included with Boxwood Catering

Every Boxwood catering package starts with our mobile espresso cart, a commercial espresso machine, and an experienced barista. Espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and loose leaf teas are included as standard — along with our house-made syrups and your choice of regular or oat milk.

From there, you can add cold brew, matcha, iced drinks, and custom branded elements to match your event. We charge by the hour and every package is fully inclusive — baristas, equipment, travel, supplies, cups, and lids. No surprise fees.

Want to go further? We can build a custom signature drink for your event — or a full custom menu. Our Honey Cinnamon Latte is available at every event, and we've created branded variations for corporate clients and activations across NJ.

Yes. We regularly travel into Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the broader NYC metro for corporate events, brand activations, and conferences. NYC events may include a travel fee depending on location — we include that in your quote upfront.

What areas of New Jersey do you cover?

All of New Jersey. We're based in Summit and Westfield and have served events across Morris, Union, Hudson, Essex, Middlesex, Somerset, and Monmouth Counties. If you're in NJ, reach out.

How far in advance should I book?

2–4 weeks is ideal for most events. For larger conferences or events with custom branding, more lead time helps. We can often turn around shorter timelines — ask us and we'll tell you what's possible.
