We’re a specialty roastery out of Summit and Westfield with a catering program built around one thing: coffee that’s worth talking about. We bring the cart, the machine, and the baristas. You get a bar that looks intentional, runs quietly in the background, and gives your guests something they’ll actually remember.

Jersey City is one of our most active markets. We work with corporate teams in the Newport and Harborside corridors, events at Liberty House and Battello, brand activations along the waterfront, and private gatherings throughout the Heights, Downtown, and Journal Square. If you have an event in JC, we’ve likely worked near it.

What’s Included in Your Jersey City Coffee Package

Every booking starts with our mobile espresso cart, a commercial espresso machine, and an experienced barista. Espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites, and loose leaf teas are standard, along with our house-made syrups and your choice of regular or oat milk.

From there, we customize. Branded cart wraps and custom logo cups work well for corporate events and brand activations. Custom signature drinks are popular at private events, weddings, and product launches. Cold brew on tap and matcha are available as add-ons for larger events or multi-session days.

We price by the hour, fully inclusive. Barista, equipment, coffee, cups, travel to Jersey City — all in. No per-drink charges, no surprise fees at invoice.

Jersey City Events We Cater

We serve corporate events, private parties, brand activations, weddings, and any gathering in Jersey City where specialty coffee fits.

On the corporate side, we work with companies in the Newport and Harborside office corridors regularly. Leadership offsites, all-hands meetings, recruiting events, client appreciation days, and product launches. Jersey City’s proximity to Manhattan makes it a natural landing spot for cross-market events, and we cover both sides without a travel premium.

For private and social events, we serve weddings and receptions, birthday parties, rooftop gatherings, and waterfront events throughout Downtown JC, the Heights, Paulus Hook, and Hamilton Park. Brand activations along the Hudson waterfront are a growing part of our Jersey City work — the foot traffic and the backdrop make for a high-visibility bar setup.

We also serve venue-based events at locations like Liberty House, Battello, and Hudson House. If your venue requires a COI or vendor coordination, we handle that as part of our standard process.

Serving Events Across Jersey City and Hudson County

We serve all of Jersey City and surrounding Hudson County without a travel surcharge. Our most active neighborhoods include Downtown Jersey City, Newport, Harborside, Paulus Hook, the Heights, Journal Square, Hamilton Park, and Bergen-Lafayette.

Beyond JC proper, we regularly serve events in Hoboken, Weehawken, Bayonne, Secaucus, and across Hudson County. For events at or near the waterfront, setup logistics and load-in are part of our standard planning process.

We’re also well-positioned to serve events that span both Jersey City and Manhattan. If your corporate event has attendees or a venue on either side of the river, we can accommodate.

Jersey City Coffee Catering FAQ

Do you travel to Jersey City from your NJ locations?

Yes — Jersey City is one of our most active markets and falls within our standard service area. We travel from our Summit and Westfield locations without a travel surcharge. Setup, breakdown, and travel are all included in our hourly rate.

Can you serve a corporate event in the Newport or Harborside office districts?

Yes. We work with corporate teams in the Newport and Harborside corridors regularly. We know the office buildings, parking and load-in logistics, and the setup windows that work in those locations. Reach out with your date and headcount and we’ll confirm availability.

Do you provide a COI for Jersey City venues?

Yes. We carry commercial liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance for venues that require one. Let us know the venue’s requirements when you reach out and we’ll have it ready before your event.

What types of Jersey City events do you serve?

We serve corporate events, brand activations, weddings, private parties, rooftop gatherings, waterfront events, and product launches throughout Jersey City. If your event is in JC and you need a specialty coffee bar, reach out — we can almost certainly accommodate it.

How do you price your packages?

We charge by the hour, and all of our packages are fully inclusive of the cost of our baristas, equipment, travel fees, and supplies, including coffee, cups and lids, regular and alternative milks (oat milk), and our housemade syrups.

What do you need to set up?

All we need is level ground, a 5x5-foot area, a power outlet on a dedicated circuit, a space accessible by wheels so we can get our cart in place, and a day-of point of contact to show us where to set up.

What drinks do you offer?

Our carts are coffee shops on wheels. We serve café classics like espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, drip coffee, loose leaf teas, and matcha, along with our house-made syrups (Lavender Vanilla, Caramel Cardamom, Mocha). We also offer our signature Honey Cinnamon Latte and can create a custom signature drink for your event. Cold brew and iced drinks are available as add-ons.

How far in advance should I book?

For most events, 2 to 4 weeks advance notice is ideal. For larger conferences or events with custom branding, more lead time is helpful. We can often accommodate shorter timelines — reach out and we will let you know what is possible.
