We offers custom branded experiences for activations in New Jersey, including branded cart wraps, custom logo cups, signature drink creation tied to a brand or product, custom latte art, and fully branded drink menus with event-specific names. We've built custom drinks for brand partners and corporate collaborations — including a branded Honey Cinnamon Latte variation for an Industrious event featuring Mike's Hot Honey.

Boxwood Coffee caters to retail pop-ups, in-store activations, product launches, agency-run brand activations, experiential marketing campaigns, corporate open house events, and multi-day activations throughout New Jersey. We work with both small pop-up formats and large-scale brand activations requiring high-volume coffee service.

Boxwood Coffee serves brand activations throughout New Jersey, including Jersey City, Hoboken, Newark, Morristown, Princeton, Summit, Westfield, Montclair, Short Hills, Livingston, Red Bank, New Brunswick, Parsippany, and Bridgewater. Based in Summit and Westfield, we also regularly travel into New York City for select brand activation events.

We charge by the hour, and all of our packages are fully inclusive of the cost of our baristas, equipment, travel fees, and supplies, including coffee, cups and lids, regular and alternative milks (oat milk), and our housemade syrups.

All we need is level ground, a 5x5-foot area, a power outlet on a dedicated circuit, a space accessible by wheels so we can get our cart in place, and a day-of point of contact to show us where to set up.

Our carts are coffee shops on wheels. We serve café classics like espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, drip coffee, loose leaf teas, and matcha, along with our house-made syrups (Lavender Vanilla, Caramel Cardamom, Mocha). We also offer our signature Honey Cinnamon Latte and can create a custom signature drink for your event. Cold brew and iced drinks are available as add-ons.

For most events, 2 to 4 weeks advance notice is ideal. For larger conferences or events with custom branding, more lead time is helpful. We can often accommodate shorter timelines — reach out and we will let you know what is possible.
