Purple Rain
Andrés Cardona started picking coffee at 12. Today he runs Villa Lucia as a processing lab, buying cherries from his neighbors and tuning ferments built to push sweetness somewhere new. For this Castillo, ripe cherries are picked at 95% maturity, then spend 96 hours sealed in tanks with sugar cane honey before finishing in mechanical dryers as a natural. The result drinks like dessert: deep, jammy, and a little decadent.
