Office Coffee Service in New Jersey
Boxwood Coffee Roasters supplies New Jersey offices with specialty coffee roasted to order at our Westfield roastery, delivered on a schedule that matches how much your team actually drinks. It is the same coffee we pour in our Westfield and Summit cafés, ground for the brewer you already own, with cups, lids and cleaning supplies in the same delivery.
Better Office Coffee, Delivered from a Real Roastery
Most office coffee service in New Jersey means a distributor dropping off cases of coffee that was roasted months ago in a warehouse three states away. Boxwood is a roaster, not a distributor. We buy green coffee, roast it in Westfield, and put it on a van — which is why an office coffee delivery from us tastes like the café down the street rather than the break room you remember.
That matters more than it sounds. Coffee is at its best in the first four to six weeks after roasting, and most office coffee has spent that window in transit. Ours is roasted to order, Monday through Thursday, and ground for whatever machine is actually sitting on your counter — a batch brewer, a pour-over setup, a French press in the corner, or an espresso machine in a client-facing lounge.
You are also not buying from a faceless supplier. We run two cafés in New Jersey, we cater coffee for teams at DoorDash, lululemon, McLaren, Merrill, Vuori and the YMCA, and the same people who dial in those bars pick what goes into your office order.
What's included
What an Office Coffee Delivery Includes
Coffee roasted to order
Thirteen coffees from eight origin countries — everyday blends like Hill City and El Jefe, rotating single origins, and decaf. Order the same bag every week, or let us rotate what we send so the office keeps tasting something new.
Ground for your brewer
Every bag ships in the grind you ask for: Whole Bean, Drip, Pourover/V60, French Press, Espresso or Cold Brew. Nobody has to guess at a grinder setting, and nobody has to drink coffee that was ground for the wrong machine.
Sizes that fit the floor
12oz bags for a small team, 1kg for a busy kitchen, 5lb for a whole floor. A 12oz bag makes roughly fifteen 12 oz cups, so sizing a standing order is arithmetic rather than guesswork — and we will do that arithmetic with you.
Cups, lids and cleaning supplies
Hot cups and lids, iced cups and lids, and the cleaning products that keep a machine honest — Cafiza for espresso, Rinza for milk lines, Grindz for grinders. One supplier, one delivery, one invoice.

How Office Coffee Service Works
-
A short consult
Tell us the headcount, what machines are in the kitchen, and how strong the office likes it. We work out how much coffee that actually is and which grind each brewer needs.
-
Your first delivery
We roast to order and send the first delivery with everything on it — coffee, cups, lids, cleaning supplies. You find out fast whether the volume is right, and we adjust.
-
Restock on a schedule
After that it repeats on whatever rhythm suits the floor. Change the coffee, the grind, the size or the frequency whenever the office changes — one email, no renegotiation.

Office Coffee Service FAQs
What areas of New Jersey do you serve?
All of New Jersey, from our home base in Westfield and Summit. We have worked with teams throughout Union, Morris, Essex, Middlesex and Hudson counties, and we regularly cross into New York City for events.
How is this different from your coffee catering?
Office coffee service is a standing delivery of beans and supplies for the coffee your team makes itself. Coffee catering is our mobile espresso bar with a professional barista, booked for a specific event. Plenty of offices use both — a weekly delivery for the kitchen, and a barista cart for all-hands days, client visits and recruiting events.
What sizes and grinds can we order?
Coffee ships in 12oz, 1kg and 5lb bags. Grind options are Whole Bean, Drip, Pourover/V60, French Press, Espresso and Cold Brew, and you can mix grinds across a single delivery if different machines need different things.
Do you supply cups, lids and cleaning supplies too?
Yes. Hot cups and lids, iced cups and lids, and machine cleaning products — Cafiza for espresso machines, Rinza for milk lines and Grindz for grinders — all go on the same delivery.
How fresh is the coffee?
Every bag is roasted to order at our Westfield roastery. We roast Monday through Thursday, and coffee is at its best in the four to six weeks after the roast date — which is exactly the window most office coffee has already spent sitting in a warehouse.
