What’s Included in Your Wedding Coffee Package

Every Boxwood wedding package starts with our mobile espresso cart, a commercial espresso machine, and an experienced barista. Espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites, and loose leaf teas are included as standard, along with our house-made syrups and your choice of regular or oat milk.

From there, we can make it yours. We create custom signature drinks named after the couple, the venue, or the occasion. Latte art can be requested on every drink that goes out. Custom cups and packaging put your names, your wedding date, or your monogram on every cup at the bar.

We charge by the hour with a fully inclusive service: barista, equipment, travel anywhere in NJ, coffee, cups, and lids. No surprise line items on the invoice.

Do you serve outdoor weddings and tented venues in New Jersey?

Yes. Boxwood Coffee serves outdoor weddings, garden receptions, tented events, and barn venues throughout New Jersey. For outdoor events without access to a power outlet on a dedicated circuit, they can bring a generator so the espresso machine runs without needing venue power. All they need is level ground and a 5×5-foot space for the cart setup.

How far in advance should we book Boxwood for our wedding?

For weddings, we recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance, or earlier if the date falls in peak NJ wedding season (May through October). For shorter timelines, reach out directly, we’ll confirm what’s possible based on availability. Custom elements like signature drinks and branded cups benefit from additional lead time to plan and source.
