The coffee is genuinely specialty-grade, and we use the same beans and baristas from our Summit and Westfield cafes to bring a cafe experience directly to you.

What’s Included in Every Corporate Package

Every Boxwood corporate package includes a mobile espresso cart, a commercial espresso machine, and an experienced barista. Espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites, and loose leaf teas are standard, along with our house-made syrups and regular and oat milk. No per-drink charges. No consumption minimums.

For branded events, we can wrap the cart with your company logo, print custom cups with your branding, and build a signature drink named for your team, your company, or the occasion. Cold brew on tap and matcha are available as add-ons for larger or multi-session events.

We charge by the hour, fully inclusive with baristas, equipment, travel anywhere in NJ, coffee, cups, and lids. The quote you get is the number on the invoice.

All-hands meetings, employee appreciation days, product launches, and onboarding events are all standard territory. For multi-day conferences, we can staff multiple sessions across different rooms or run a single central bar that anchors the event flow. We scale cleanly from 20-person offsites to 500-person conferences.

We also serve recurring corporate clients, such as weekly or biweekly office coffee experiences, quarterly team events, and standing retainers for companies that want a consistent premium offering without the logistics overhead. Lead time and setup logistics are confirmed during the quoting process based on your venue layout and attendee count.

How do you price your packages?

We charge by the hour, and all of our packages are fully inclusive of the cost of our baristas, equipment, travel fees, and supplies, including coffee, cups and lids, regular and alternative milks (oat milk), and our housemade syrups.

What do you need to set up?

All we need is level ground, a 5x5-foot area, a power outlet on a dedicated circuit, a space accessible by wheels so we can get our cart in place, and a day-of point of contact to show us where to set up.

What drinks do you offer?

Our carts are coffee shops on wheels. We serve café classics like espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, drip coffee, loose leaf teas, and matcha, along with our house-made syrups (Lavender Vanilla, Caramel Cardamom, Mocha). We also offer our signature Honey Cinnamon Latte and can create a custom signature drink for your event. Cold brew and iced drinks are available as add-ons.

How far in advance should I book?

For most events, 2 to 4 weeks advance notice is ideal. For larger conferences or events with custom branding, more lead time is helpful. We can often accommodate shorter timelines — reach out and we will let you know what is possible.
