NJ's Mobile Espresso Bar — Built for Your Event

Boxwood Coffee Roasters is based in New Jersey, with cafes in Summit and Westfield. We bring the same specialty coffee we pour every morning straight to your event. Whether you're planning a corporate meeting in Morristown, a brand activation in Jersey City, a conference in Princeton, or a private gathering in Hoboken, we set up our mobile espresso bar and handle everything from arrival to last call.

What's Included with Boxwood Catering

Every Boxwood catering package starts with our mobile espresso cart, a commercial espresso machine, and an experienced barista. Espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and loose leaf teas are included as standard — along with our house-made syrups and your choice of regular or oat milk.

From there, you can add cold brew, matcha, iced drinks, and custom branded elements to match your event. We charge by the hour and every package is fully inclusive — baristas, equipment, travel, supplies, cups, and lids. No surprise fees.

Want to go further? We can build a custom signature drink for your event — or a full custom menu. Our Honey Cinnamon Latte is available at every event, and we've created branded variations for corporate clients and activations across NJ.

Events We Serve Across New Jersey

We cater corporate events, leadership offsites, conferences, brand activations, weddings, and private gatherings throughout New Jersey. No hard limit on size — we have two fully built-out carts and a team experienced in high-volume service, so we're as comfortable at a 20-person executive meeting as we are at a 300-person conference.

Corporate events and brand activations are our sweet spot, but we've served everything from intimate private parties to large multi-day conferences. If it's happening in New Jersey and you want great coffee there, we'll make it work.

Do you serve events in New York City?

Yes. We regularly travel into Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the broader NYC metro for corporate events, brand activations, and conferences. NYC events may include a travel fee depending on location — we include that in your quote upfront.

What areas of New Jersey do you cover?

All of New Jersey. We're based in Summit and Westfield and have served events across Morris, Union, Hudson, Essex, Middlesex, Somerset, and Monmouth Counties. If you're in NJ, reach out.

How far in advance should I book?

2–4 weeks is ideal for most events. For larger conferences or events with custom branding, more lead time helps. We can often turn around shorter timelines — ask us and we'll tell you what's possible.

Can you create a custom drink for our event?

Yes. We've built custom drinks and full custom menus for corporate events, brand activations, and private parties across NJ. Tell us what you're thinking and we'll build something around it.

How do you price your packages?

We charge by the hour, and all of our packages are fully inclusive of the cost of our baristas, equipment, travel fees, and supplies, including coffee, cups and lids, regular and alternative milks (oat milk), and our housemade syrups.

What do you need to set up?

All we need is level ground, a 5x5-foot area, a power outlet on a dedicated circuit, a space accessible by wheels so we can get our cart in place, and a day-of point of contact to show us where to set up.

What drinks do you offer?

Our carts are coffee shops on wheels. We serve café classics like espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, drip coffee, loose leaf teas, and matcha, along with our house-made syrups (Lavender Vanilla, Caramel Cardamom, Mocha). We also offer our signature Honey Cinnamon Latte and can create a custom signature drink for your event. Cold brew and iced drinks are available as add-ons.

How far in advance should I book?

For most events, 2 to 4 weeks advance notice is ideal. For larger conferences or events with custom branding, more lead time is helpful. We can often accommodate shorter timelines — reach out and we will let you know what is possible.
