Start With How You Drink Coffee, Not What Sounds Interesting

It's tempting to pick the subscription that sounds the most exciting. But if you drink two cups a day on a routine and don't want to think about it, the most "interesting" option is usually the wrong one. Match the subscription to your actual habits first.

Staples: For Dependable, Everyday Drinking

Staples pulls from our core lineup, Hill City, El Jefe, Tempo, and Headshot, rotating through the blends we pull on bar every day at our Summit and Westfield cafes. If you want to know roughly what you're getting each time, and you'd rather not manage a lot of variety, this is the right starting point. It's also the easiest tier to recommend to someone trying a subscription for the first time.

Single Origin: For Coffee Drinkers Who Like Variety

Single Origin ships whatever we're most excited about at that moment, a coffee that stood out at the cupping table and earned its place in the lineup. These rotate with the harvest calendar, so what shows up reflects what's actually at peak right now rather than a fixed rotation. If you enjoy noticing differences between coffees, origins, and processing methods, this tier is built for that.

Labs: For the Coffee Obsessed

Labs ships our most experimental releases automatically, so you're first in line for whatever's generating buzz in the roastery. Anaerobic naturals, rare single-farm microlots, the coffees that don't fit neatly into an everyday lineup. This tier makes sense if you already know you like trying new things and don't want to hunt for limited releases before they sell out.

Every subscription is roasted to order at our Westfield, NJ roastery and shipped shortly after roasting, so it arrives near peak freshness rather than sitting in a warehouse. You can change your tier, adjust frequency, pause, skip a shipment, or cancel at any time from your account. There are no fees for making changes.
