Coffee Catering in the Hub City

New Brunswick is about 16 miles from our Westfield roastery, a short drive by Route 27 or I-287. Middlesex County sits just past our core service area, so availability and any travel charge are confirmed in your quote. You get our mobile espresso bar, a commercial machine and a barista who runs the whole service.

New Brunswick's events follow Rutgers, its hospitals, its theaters and its corporate employers. Conferences, research symposia, staff appreciation days, opening-night receptions and graduation parties all suit a barista-run coffee bar.

Institutions also expect vendor paperwork. We hold commercial liability insurance and supply a certificate of insurance on request. The coffee itself is roasted by our own team in Westfield, and the barista at your bar is someone who works our café counters day to day.

Campus and hospital events often need volume more than variety, so we focus the menu on espresso, lattes, cappuccinos and teas, with house syrups and regular or oat milk. Iced drinks and cold brew speed things up when lines get long.

Corporate events can add branded cups or a wrapped cart, and theater receptions suit a signature drink. Smaller parties can book the standalone coffee cart.

We will quote events across New Brunswick, from downtown and the College Avenue campus to Cook and Douglass, and in Highland Park, Piscataway, Edison, North Brunswick and East Brunswick. Every quote lists travel up front. Hospital campuses and corporate sites usually have their own check-in rules, so send those with your request.

New Brunswick Coffee Catering FAQ

Do you cater events on the Rutgers campus?

We can quote campus events. Universities usually require vendor approval and a certificate of insurance, so send the requirements early and we will handle our part.

Can you serve hospital staff during shift changes?

Yes. A staff appreciation bar can run across a shift change so day and night teams both get a drink. Tell us the times and the location.

Is there a travel charge to New Brunswick?

New Brunswick is just beyond our core service area. Any travel charge is calculated for your date and shown in the quote before you book.

Can you set up for a theater reception downtown?

Yes. An espresso bar works before a show or at an opening-night reception. Share the venue's load-in instructions and we will time setup around the house opening.

How do you price your packages?

We charge by the hour, and all of our packages are fully inclusive of the cost of our baristas, equipment, travel fees, and supplies, including coffee, cups and lids, regular and alternative milks (oat milk), and our housemade syrups.

What do you need to set up?

All we need is level ground, a 5x5-foot area, a power outlet on a dedicated circuit, a space accessible by wheels so we can get our cart in place, and a day-of point of contact to show us where to set up.

What drinks do you offer?

Our carts are coffee shops on wheels. We serve café classics like espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, drip coffee, loose leaf teas, and matcha, along with our house-made syrups (Lavender Vanilla, Caramel Cardamom, Mocha). We also offer our signature Honey Cinnamon Latte and can create a custom signature drink for your event. Cold brew and iced drinks are available as add-ons.

How far in advance should I book?

For most events, 2 to 4 weeks advance notice is ideal. For larger conferences or events with custom branding, more lead time is helpful. We can often accommodate shorter timelines — reach out and we will let you know what is possible.
