Coffee Catering on the Navesink

Red Bank is about 25 miles from our Westfield roastery, down the Garden State Parkway toward the Shore. Because it is outside our core Union and Morris County area, we confirm availability and any travel charge in your quote. The setup is our full mobile espresso bar, with a barista and coffee from our own roaster.

Red Bank events run from Broad Street shops and restaurants to riverfront parks and the theaters downtown. Summer brings waterfront parties and Shore weddings nearby; the rest of the year brings corporate meetings, showers and holiday gatherings.

Why Red Bank Hosts Look at Boxwood

Shore-area events often happen outdoors, by the water, with no easy power. Our cart can run on a generator, so a riverside setup works as well as a ballroom.

You also get a specialty roastery rather than a rental company: the beans are roasted in Westfield and served by baristas from our cafés. For venues requiring paperwork, our commercial liability policy covers a certificate of insurance on request. Riverfront parks and private clubs each have their own rules, and we plan around them.

For weddings and showers, the espresso bar serves lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites, espresso and teas, with our house syrups and regular or oat milk. A signature drink for the couple is an easy add.

Hot summer days call for cold brew and iced drinks, which pour quickly at outdoor events. Local businesses can brand the cart and cups for a store event or client day.

Red Bank Venues and Waterfront Settings

The Count Basie Center for the Arts, a 1926 theater named for the Red Bank-born jazz great, anchors Monmouth Street. Two River Theater on Bridge Avenue is a professional regional theater company. Riverside Gardens Park overlooks the Navesink with a gazebo and lawn used for concerts, and a walking trail leads to Marine Park and the Monmouth Boat Club. We will quote events in Red Bank and nearby Fair Haven, Rumson, Little Silver, Middletown, Shrewsbury, Tinton Falls and Long Branch. Dates farther down the Shore are considered case by case, and every quote lists travel up front. Riverside parks, beach clubs and backyard tents are all workable with a generator.

Do you serve the Jersey Shore?

We consider Shore dates individually. Send the venue, date and guest count and we will confirm availability and any travel charge before you book.

Can you run a coffee bar at a waterfront event without power?

Yes. We can bring a generator so the cart runs independently. Let us know the ground surface and the distance from parking so we can plan the carry-in.

How early should we book for summer?

Book as early as you can for June through September weekends, when wedding and event calendars fill. Two to four weeks is our general guideline at other times of year.

Can you handle hot-weather service outdoors?

Yes. Cold brew and iced drinks keep service moving on hot days, and we will ask about shade so the barista and equipment stay out of direct sun.

How do you price your packages?

We charge by the hour, and all of our packages are fully inclusive of the cost of our baristas, equipment, travel fees, and supplies, including coffee, cups and lids, regular and alternative milks (oat milk), and our housemade syrups.

What do you need to set up?

All we need is level ground, a 5x5-foot area, a power outlet on a dedicated circuit, a space accessible by wheels so we can get our cart in place, and a day-of point of contact to show us where to set up.

What drinks do you offer?

Our carts are coffee shops on wheels. We serve café classics like espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, drip coffee, loose leaf teas, and matcha, along with our house-made syrups (Lavender Vanilla, Caramel Cardamom, Mocha). We also offer our signature Honey Cinnamon Latte and can create a custom signature drink for your event. Cold brew and iced drinks are available as add-ons.

How far in advance should I book?

For most events, 2 to 4 weeks advance notice is ideal. For larger conferences or events with custom branding, more lead time is helpful. We can often accommodate shorter timelines — reach out and we will let you know what is possible.
